Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with Altero's growth objectives, finance market trends, and finance product advertising constraints.
- Campaign development: Conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead acquisition and engagement.
- Web Experience Enhancement: Lead and oversee initiatives to optimize user experience on our platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and conversion optimization.
- Data-Driven Insights and Campaign Management: Oversee data-driven marketing campaigns, utilizing various channels (e-mail marketing, SMS, Meta, Google Ads, affiliates, etc.), to achieve our performance targets. Gather regular marketing performance insights, identifying strengths and weaknesses. Lead the overall optimization process.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and foster effective partnerships with external partners (agencies, influencers, freelancers, etc.) to achieve marketing goals.
- Marketing Budget Management and Control: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve the best possible results. Oversee and control spending based on KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with different departments (IT, sales, Insurance, etc.) within the company to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and performance goals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record (>3 years) in a senior marketing role within the financial services industry or similar field.
- Expertise in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a focus on digital channels and customer acquisition.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing internal and external teams.
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools, SEM and SEO, media buying, social media, and digital marketing best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
- Attention to detail, and ability to work with the financial field under various legal restrictions for marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Superior problem-solving skills and decisiveness.
- Self-motivation and excellent time planning.
- Good knowledge of English and excellent Latvian (or Estonian, or Lithuanian)
